Welcome to today’s episode of Mom Warrior’s More Energy – Less Stress show!…

OMG, this is probably the "scariest" ways of getting an energy boost that ever was! Welcome to today's episode of Mom Warrior's More Energy Less Stress Show! … and today we going over the "shower bio-hack" to more energy! Here's what I've found that works pretty awesome (even though I HATE doing it! But I love the energy blast!) Go on and take your nice warm shower as usual… but halfway through turn that bad boy on over to ❄️COLD…. ❄️… get that arctic blast hitting you for a few seconds and then turn it back to WARM! Should be around 30 seconds of pure WHOA and that’s all it takes!Once the shock wears off (just keep breathing deep and grow some toughness, my strong one)…you’ll feel an invigorating burst of energy as blood flows from your skin surface to your core to conserve your vitals with heat. This kicks your circulation into high gear! Then make sure to return to your warm heat and it'll feel so good! Hope that helps and comment below on how it goes!
